Withdrawal button

If you bought remotely, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons. No account needed: fill in the form and you get a tracking code right away, also sent by email.

• Period: 10 calendar days from when you received the product or contracted the service (art. 34, Law 24,240).
• The product must be returned in the same condition, with its accessories and original packaging.
• Return pickup or shipping is on us.
• We refund the full amount through the same payment method.
• Events and trainings: request it at least 24 hours before the start.
• It does not apply to purchases for resale or business use, used products, or courses you have already started playing.
